Christian Habermann
Auctus Marketing was started by Christian Habermann and his passion for online marketing as well as his enthusiasm for helping small companies and start-ups grow. Christian started his career in sales working with a successful financial online start up CCBN.com in Boston. He was integral in helping to grow CCBN’s Streetevents product to over 50,000 Wall Street users. During its heyday, CCBN was one of the biggest streamers of audio on the internet due to its webcasting product and was sold to Thomson Financial. He then went to The Yankee Group where he helped lead and grow their enterprise market business in a sales management role.
More recently, he has been heavily involved in the start up scene here in Boston which he thoroughly enjoys. He Co-Founded ConsumerUnited.com in 2007 with two friends and it recently made the Inc.500 List and is one of the fastest growing online businesses here in Boston. He is also the co-author of the best selling SEO & online marketing books “SEO for 2013″ & “SEO for 2014″ : Search Engine Optimization Secrets Made Easy”. Christian graduated St. Lawrence University with honors and holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is also an avid marathon runner, plays guitar in a local Boston band and an enormous English League Football fan due to schooling in London.
Jaswinder Narula
Jaswinder joined Auctus Marketing from the beginning and has been an integral part of its growth. His web & mobile development skills (PSD to Html5, WordPress, Php, CSS3, Responsive websites, iOS app dev, Twitter BootStrap, eCommerce Dev, AngularJS, CMS, CodeIgniter and Sass) are second to none and his experience is too. He originally hails from India and completed his B. Tech (honors) in Computer Science and has been a successful entrepreneur too. We are very lucky to have this development rock star on our team here at Auctus Marketing and he continues to push the boundaries with his development & design skills.
Stephen Lindsay
Stephen Lindsay partnered with Auctus in 2013 to provide data-driven marketing strategy consulting. He offers small to medium-size businesses data-driven marketing strategy and execution, through both traditional and emerging channels.
Steph has extensive marketing experience focused on the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement and retention. He worked for American Express for nearly a decade, living on 4 different continents and working closely with internal clients in 12 countries. Steph started out in a consultative International role in the United States working on customer acquisition strategy through emerging mobile solutions. He then spent several years in London, where he was responsible for determining American Express International market-level objectives, forecasting goals, and executing marketing plans through data-driven inbound and outbound marketing curriculums. From London, he was relocated to Australia to head up Retention for the local market in Sydney, where he led a team with cross-channel responsibility to engage and retain new and existing cardmembers.
In 2012 he moved back to New York City, where he continued to consult for Amex and immersed himself in the Silicon Alley startup world where he worked with several payment apps, e-commerce providers, and small businesses to help them with marketing strategy. He is currently based on the West Coast working between Seattle and San Francisco, where he is consulting with several start-ups. Steph graduated from Trinity College In Hartford, Connecticut and has an MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. with a Marketing Strategy focus.
Kristina Cutura – Partner, PPC Specialist
Kristina is a pioneer of Google AdWords and our resident PPC expert. Starting as a Google employee in 2002, she was one of the founding members of the company’s AdWords optimization team, where she developed and tested optimization strategies that are still widely used in the industry. Kristina also created and delivered all optimization-related trainings for internal Google employees, external clients, and agencies that manage AdWords accounts. During her tenure, she trained hundreds of Google employees and dozens of AdWords resellers, and developed online training resources. In addition to running training programs, she managed and optimized Google’s highest revenue clients. Kristina has worked with national and global businesses in a variety of industries and sectors, ranging from multi-million dollar corporations to small, family-owned businesses. In her free time, Kristina enjoys taking walks with her dog Lola and exploring the culinary offerings of San Francisco, where she lives.
Greg Wood – Partner, Community Marketing
Greg brings many years of agency experience and marketing strategy expertise to Auctus Marketing. He is multi-talented indeed. He is the former head of strategy at Mullen Advertising which has consistently been one of the hottest and most creative agencies on the planet. Hence, his knowledge and experience with small and large brands is informative and valuable. Specifically he is extremely effective at building online communities for brands and making them effective. His insight into not only the creation of these communities but what makes them tick, is why brands consistently seek him out. He is a tremendous asset to Auctus Marketing.
